Authentikos Advisory is a registered investment advisory firm dedicated to helping clients plan with clarity and confidence. We're looking for a detail-oriented Life & Annuity Specialist to support our clients and advisors through every step of the insurance and annuity process. What You'll Do Prepare and submit life insurance and annuity applications accurately and on time Track pending business and follow through on all carrier requirements, such as medical exams, signatures, and outstanding forms, until policies are issued and placed Serve as a point of contact for clients with clear, timely, professional updates by phone or email. Service existing policies and contracts, including beneficiary changes, address updates, withdrawals, and other in-force requests Document all activity, processes, and case updates in our CRM and internal systems Work with advisors, carriers, and internal team members to resolve issues and keep cases moving What We're Looking For Experience in life insurance, annuities, or financial services operations (preferred) An active Texas Life & Health insurance license (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage multiple cases at once Clear, friendly written and verbal communication skills Comfort with CRM systems, carrier portals, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace A service-first mindset and the discretion to handle sensitive client information Not licensed yet or new to the field?
