Schedule :
Monday-Saturday | Sundays off with another day off mid
  • week.
We are seeking a customer-focused and driven Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is motivated to deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance goals.
What You'll Do:
Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive Advising customers on maintenance and repair options, including upselling additional services when appropriate Preparing accurate service estimates and quotes for customers, ensuring clarity on costs and timelines Collaborating with the service technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate service execution Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used, as well as managing service history Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score Process monetary transactions
What You'll Need:
Full time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old.
