Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual Personal Injury Client Intake Specialist to join our legal team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance after personal injury incidents. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help gather essential information, assess client needs, and set the foundation for successful case management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding clients through the initial stages of their legal journey with professionalism and enthusiasm. Duties Conduct engaging and empathetic interviews with prospective clients to gather detailed case information related to personal injury claims Explain legal processes clearly, answer client questions, and provide supportive guidance throughout the intake process Collect and organize relevant documentation, including accident reports, medical records, and insurance information using document management systems Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to evaluate case viability based on gathered data and procedural law knowledge Maintain accurate records of client interactions, case details, and follow-up actions in compliance with confidentiality standards Manage incoming calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while efficiently directing inquiries or scheduling consultations Requirements Proven experience in legal support roles, preferably within personal injury law or civil litigation support environments Strong interviewing skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully and professionally Familiarity with legal case management software including Filevine and document review systems Knowledge of procedural law related to personal injury cases as well as general & commercial litigation practices Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry, filing, and document management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high standards of professionalism Strong written communication skills for legal writing, drafting summaries, and client correspondence Experience in project management or supporting multiple cases simultaneously is a plus Join our team to help clients navigate their personal injury claims confidently! From $45,000.00 per year
