$22 - $23.01 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilitiesWhat you will do: Act as the primary point of contact for complex inquiries regarding fund performance, account balances, and investment policies.

Transaction Execution:

Accurately process account setups, exchanges, redemptions, and daily maintenance requests.

Complex Problem Solving:

Investigate and resolve Net Asset Value (NAV) discrepancies, settlement exceptions, and operational edge cases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner directly with Fund Accounting, Custody, and Transfer Agency teams to keep operations seamless.

Risk amp;

Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to SEC, FINRA, and internal risk controls.

What we are looking for:

Education:

Customer service experience in financial services, preferably in investments/mutual funds or banking.

Industry Expertise:

Understanding of mutual fund structures, pricing mechanisms, and regulatory guidelines.

Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with financial databases, transaction platforms, and CRM systems.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a proven ability to de-escalate sensitive client matters.

Licensing:

Willingness to obtain ). FINRA Series 6 or 7 is a plus.
