PM Pay Rate:
$20 per hour

Union Environment Job description: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Order Processing Specialist to support a high-volume inbound call center handling orders for wine and spirits products . This role is responsible for processing customer orders, resolving service issues, and providing product information while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume call center environment , strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to first-call resolution and customer satisfaction . Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Customer Support Process incoming customer calls and product orders on a daily basis. Accurately process wine and spirits orders within a high-volume call center environment. Assist internal and external customers with order inquiries, delivery updates, and product information . Provide timely and professional responses to customer questions and concerns. Customer Issue Resolution Resolve customer service issues independently with minimal supervision. Manage customer interactions according to First Call Resolution policies . Escalate complex or unresolved issues to team leads or management as appropriate. Sales Support & Product Knowledge Maintain strong product knowledge to provide customers and sales teams with information regarding: Product availability Discounts and promotions New product offerings Utilize inside sales techniques and upselling strategies when appropriate. Operational Support Assist with cash applications, collections activities, and customer account research . Support other departments by providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards .
