Utilize office management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and productivity software to record, track, and update client information. Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, ensuring all client records are current and properly filed. Assist with administrative duties including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling incoming correspondence. Support administrative functions such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing office supplies. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles within an office environment. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional communication skills both over the phone and in person; ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. Prior clerical or administrative experience including filing, proofreading, and calendar management. Technical proficiency in using multi-line phone systems, office equipment, and productivity software. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance client communication across diverse populations.
