The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced towing and vehicle services environment. Duties include answering incoming phone calls during business hours from the office and after-hours from home, dispatching tow trucks as needed, and creating and managing tow service calls within company software. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers at the service window with matters related to impounded and towed vehicles, handling U-Haul reservations, rentals, and returns, and safely connecting U-Haul trailers for customers. The candidate will also be responsible for checking in and conducting safety inspections of U-Haul equipment. This position requires meeting the needs of all customers who visit or contact the business, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor, taking messages, returning calls, and performing general administrative and clerical duties as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, be comfortable working independently, and be committed to providing outstanding customer service.
