Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based in Seguin, TX. The Customer Service Specialist will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate information about products, orders, and policies. Daily tasks include processing orders, assisting with account-related questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from purchase through fulfillment. The role will involve maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, collaborating with operations and sales teams to address customer needs, and following established procedures to ensure compliance and security. The specialist will also contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and uphold the company's standards of integrity, reliability, and professionalism. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships. Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction practices, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and following up to ensure positive outcomes. Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear, professional communication skills across phone, email, and online channels. Attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders, managing customer data, and following security and compliance procedures. Ability to work on-site in Seguin, TX, in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Basic computer proficiency, including CRM or ticketing systems, and familiarity with online retail or e-commerce platforms is beneficial. Previous customer service experience in financial services, retail, or precious metals is a plus but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, communications, or related fields is advantageous.
