Welder Job Summary The Welder supports production at Bedrock Truck Beds by performing MIG welding and assembling truck bed components to meet quality and design specifications. The Welder plays a key role in delivering durable, high-performance products. Welder Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding per specifications and supervisor guidance
  • Assemble components and truck bed structures accurately
  • Inspect welds and finished assemblies for quality standards
  • Track time and materials used for each job
  • Use tools, jigs, and fixtures properly
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Communicate issues or needs to leadership
  • All other duties as assigned by management Welder Skills and Competencies
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to read and interpret weld and assembly specifications
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on quality
  • Dependable and team-oriented Welder Qualifications
  • Experience with MIG welding required
  • Ability to read production orders and safety documentation
  • Familiarity with measuring tools and gauges
  • Basic troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing setting Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Frequent bending, lifting, and manual work
