We believe in surgical excellence and compassionate communication — and we're looking for a Client Experience Specialist who can bring that same warmth and professionalism to every client interaction. Position Overview TC Veterinary Surgery Center is seeking a Full-Time Client Experience Specialist to be the welcoming face and voice of our surgery center in Southlake, TX. This role is central to creating a smooth, supportive experience for pet owners navigating their pet's surgical care.Schedule Full-Time Sunday:
1:00 PM- 8:00 PM Monday
Wednesday:
7:00 AM- 6:00 PM Responsibilities Greet and check in clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Manage scheduling, phone calls, and email correspondence Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, estimates, and discharge instructions Process payments and maintain accurate client/patient records Support the surgical team by facilitating smooth front-of-house operations Help create a positive, low-stress experience for clients and their pets Coordinate incoming surgical referrals from partner veterinary clinics, including scheduling and case intake Serve as a key point of contact for referral partner communication, building and maintaining strong relationships with local veterinarians and their teams Support local marketing efforts and assist with social media content creation Qualifications Experience in veterinary medicine preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Interest or experience in marketing/social media content creation a plus Spanish language skills preferred, not required Pay $20•24/hour, based on experience Benefits Health insurance Continuing Education (CE) stipend Paid Time Off (PTO) Personal pet discounts License fee reimbursement (if applicable)
