This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and client services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, with the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage incoming communications from our large client base. Cultivate a positive client experience for new and existing students. Conduct outbound calls to clients, ensuring effective communication and follow-up. Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Utilize Google Workplace and other computer applications to manage client information and generate reports. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients over the phone. Collaborate with team members to convert new student leads into recurring students and enhance the overall client experience. Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Experience Previous experience in customer service or client services. Familiarity with call center operations and outbound calling techniques is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages. Strong typing skills and proficiency in Google Workspace applications are essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Experience in sales will be considered an advantage. Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions. Experience with a musical instrument or another creative field will be considered a plus! This is a part-time position. Potential candidates will first be invited to participate in a phone interview before being invited for a final in-person interview.
