Job Description
LGA Garage Door Service is looking for a dedicated and bilingual Warranty Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be the bridge between our installers and customers, ensuring every warranty request is handled with precision and exceptional service. If you are a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Warranty Specialist, you are the primary point of contact for our customers and installers. Your mission is to resolve issues quickly and keep our operations running smoothly.
Relationship Management:
Act as the main liaison between LGA, our installers, and our customers to build trust and effective routines.Warranty Resolution:
Manage the warranty email inbox end-to-end, providing prompt solutions to inquiries and concerns.Bilingual Communication:
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish via phone, text, email, and builder-specific software.Job Coordination:
Document every service job with detailed notes and photos to ensure technicians have everything they need to fix it right the first time.Data Integrity:
Maintain accurate records across our internal software and various builder platforms.Financials:
Collect payments from builders and homeowners for non-warranty services.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Builders Account Manager and Data Specialist to optimize department efficiency.What We're Looking For Communication:
Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal).Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using specialized builder software and standard communication tools.Detail-Oriented:
You don't miss the small things, ensuring data and documentation are always accurate.Adaptable:
You can pivot your schedule or priorities to meet changing company needs.Pay:
