Job Description

Customer Service Associate Mester Lighting Corp. Job Overview We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sales Support / Customer Service team member to support daily order processing and customer communications. This role focuses on quotations, order follow-ups, and responding to customer product inquiries, while coordinating internally with production and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely shipments. If you enjoy organized work, clear processes, and being the go-to person who keeps things moving, this role could be a great fit. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering products or services information Support the sales team by processing orders, preparing sales materials, and coordinating follow-up activities Assist customers in selecting products or services that meet their needs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction Manage incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work independently Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential Strong written English skills; bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the sales industry Familiarity with basic computer applications such as MS Office or CRM systems is a plus Stable work history preferred
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
