This position is the main point of contact between our customers and service department. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, mechanically minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in person Check customers in and out for service Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs Create and communicate service estimates Coordinate with technicians throughout the repair process Order and track parts needed for repairs Schedule service appointments and manage the shop's workload Communicate repair updates, recommendations, and completion times to customers Review completed work with customers Help identify additional maintenance or repair needs Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information Handle invoices, payments, and basic paperwork Keep customers informed from drop-off through completion Maintain a professional and positive customer experience Assist with general day-to-day operations of the service department Requirements Customer service experience preferred Powersports, automotive, or mechanical experience is a plus Basic understanding of powersports equipment and mechanical repairs Strong communication and people skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable using a computer and learning shop management software Ability to read and understand parts/service information Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team Valid driver's license Must be comfortable working in a shop environment The Right Person We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work Shows up and gets the job done Can talk to customers without making things complicated Is comfortable around UTVs, ATVs, and powersports equipment Can stay calm when the phone is ringing and the shop is busy Pays attention to details Doesn't have to be told what needs to be done every five minutes Wants to learn and grow with the company What We Offer $15-$25/hour based on experience Full-time position Opportunity for advancement Hands-on experience in a growing powersports business Employee discounts A fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
