Job Description

Position Summary:
Responsible for performing a variety of administrative, office, customer service and clerical functions. The ideal candidate will have solid computer skills, a friendly disposition toward customers and fellow workers, with a positive can-do team-work oriented attitude.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative assistance as required or as requested -including word processing, transcription, information research, filing, taking and directing telephone calls and messages. Maintain data bases (e.g., customer, vendor) and assists with mailings, phone reception, filing, and performing a variety of administrative office tasks. Assist with customer walk-ins and inquiries, process payments, end of day settling, etc. Assist with Account Payable tasks as Performs other administrative or office duties or projects as required and/or as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Education :
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Skills/ Experience:
Experience in a Construction related business or Cabinet Shop environment is helpful: but, not required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with customer service, executing transactions is required. Familiarity with accounting and such corresponding applications. Computer knowledge- Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. Adherence to the Employee Handbook and all Dakota policies and procedures. Bilingual a plus
