We are looking for a highly driven, passionate, dynamic, detail-oriented, and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our retail customers to understand and resolve issues, optimize their experience, and accurately enter large, detailed orders received by phone and email. This is not a call center position. You will build relationships with our retail customers and become an important part of helping their businesses succeed. Candidates with receptionist, office assistant, administrative, or customer service experience may be especially well suited for this role.
