You'll handle day-to-day service requests like policy changes, quoting with carriers, billing questions, follow up on renewals and open items, and keep client records accurate in our agency management system. You'll play a key role in maintaining client relationships. This is an in-office position in Draper. Responsibilities Answer client calls and emails, handle policy change requests, and follow up on outstanding items Process policy changes, quotes, and renewal reviews in our agency management system Keep client records accurate and up to date Qualifications Strong communicator, both on the phone and in writing Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable learning new software A positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people Utah P&C insurance license is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
