Practice Your Role Growth Opportunity:

This position begins at the Guest Relations Specialist level, with a defined path to grow into a leadership role as responsibilities expand and leadership capabilities are demonstrated, based on performance and organizational needs.

Work Schedule:

30-35 hours per week, including weekdays and Saturdays.

Operations & Guest Experience Leadership:

You are the heart of our daily operations - managing appointments, ensuring guest satisfaction, and delivering a consistent 5-star experience.

Leadership & Team Development:

Support back-end operations, manage employee schedules, and attwnd monthly team meetings to maintain alignment, efficiency, and a positive workplace culture. (Mandatory team meeting: First Wednesday morning of each month.)

Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

Leadership/Management Experience (Preferred)

Customer Service Experience:
