"Wear what makes you feel like you" is one of our favorite mantras. We sell online only and have a warehouse & office location in Lindon, UT where this job is located. We're currently looking for someone to join our Customer Service team in our front office area.

DUTIES:

You will be cross-trained on all customer service duties in our front office so you can help as needed.

• Responding to customer service emails
• Assisting with the customer returns process
• Assisting with customer local order pickup
• Various front office and administrative duties, as needed

SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday
• 9AM-3PM

• Has prior customer service experience
• Has excellent writing skills, spelling & grammar
• Will represent Lala in a cheerful, friendly, respectful manner as this position is customer-facing
• Is a motivated, organized, dynamic & reliable teammate
• Is highly detail-oriented
• Is flexible, efficient and comfortable jumping between tasks
• Is a team player who's excited to work and loves getting shiz done
