We're a small team with a relaxed culture, big ambitions, and zero corporate nonsense. You won't be stuck in a call center; your work directly impacts customer experience and company growth. If you enjoy problem-solving, helping customers, and learning new things (including automotive fitment), this role may be a great fit. What You'll Do As a Customer Support & Fitment Specialist, you will: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat (no cold calls) Assist customers with product selection, vehicle fitment, and order placement Troubleshoot and resolve post-purchase issues (technical or logistical) Communicate with engineering/technical teams on recurring product questions Complete RMAs, follow-ups, and order checks in Asana Provide best-in-class customer experience from start to finish What We're Looking For Excellent written + verbal communication Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable doing phone-based work 6-8 hrs/day Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word; we'll train software) Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive Customer service experience preferred (not required) Automotive interest/knowledge helpful (not required—we train for fitment) Perks & Benefits $15-$17/hr + commission (all inbound or existing-customer upsell) Flexible Monday-Friday schedule Free lunch every Wednesday (local restaurants) No cold calling Casual dress code + relaxed office Employee product discounts Opportunities for advancement as we grow Learn new skills (fitment, sales, tech diagnostics, e-commerce) This role is ideal for someone looking for hands-on experience in a growing small business who values flexibility, autonomy, and a collaborative team environment.
