We are a large, established insurance agency offering services in auto, home, life, business, and investments. We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team in a customer service and client follow-up role.

Schedule Options:

Monday to Friday, 1-5 PM or 12 - 5 option also or option of a Full day Wednesday, with an early finish at 4 PM on Fridays If you are organized, reliable, and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to grow with a well-established agency.

Salary Range:

Great Customer Service Skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn Must have basic computer and typing skills Responsibilities Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Handle incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Take premium payments from customers. Generating insurance quotes. Develop and maintain client relationships. Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers. Handle customer renewals.
