We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is reliable, motivated, and passionate about helping others. No prior insurance experience is required —we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support for individuals interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry. Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in our agency's success. You'll serve as a primary point of contact for clients, support licensed agents, and help ensure smooth daily office operations through accurate, timely, and professional service. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to our clients Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to voicemails, emails, and text messages Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and coverage-related questions Process Evidence of Insurance (EOI) requests efficiently and accurately Support agents with onboarding new clients and policies Accept and process premium payments Provide ongoing service, follow-up, and support to insurance clients Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options aligned with their needs Maintain accurate documentation and client records in agency systems Qualifications & Skills No insurance experience required (training provided) Willingness to learn insurance products and obtain licensing Positive, professional, and dependable Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and follow through Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills Team-oriented while capable of working independently Willingness to learn and obtain a Property & Casualty license (training provided)

Compensation & Work Schedule Pay:

$18.00-$22.00 per hour (based on experience and performance) Pay increase once P&C licensed Commission & bonus opportunities

Full-time, 35-40 hours per week
