Position Overview We are seeking experienced Medical Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic healthcare team in St. George, Utah. This role is essential for delivering exceptional patient support, scheduling health screenings, and maintaining positive relationships with patients and healthcare partners. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform outbound calls to schedule patients for health screenings. Respond promptly to patient and customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Assist patients with questions and concerns while providing excellent customer service. Maintain and update patient and customer records to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations. Adapt to various patient situations and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure all interactions align with company standards, policies, and compliance requirements. Provide feedback on customer interactions to help enhance service processes. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Previous experience in medical customer service, healthcare scheduling, call center, or customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Experience working with patient information and healthcare environments is a plus. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4:30

PM Pay Rate:
