Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and want to build a career in the insurance industry, we want to hear from you! We provide paid training and support to help you get licensed. What You'll Do:
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person Process policy changes, endorsements, and insurance documents Assist clients with billing questions, reminders, and account updates Anticipate client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed Schedule and confirm appointments Support day-to-day office operations and tasks Collaborate with team members to meet agency goalsWhat We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Friendly, professional, and people-oriented Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Comfortable with Windows-based computer systems Self-starter who takes pride in getting the job done right Positive attitude and team player mindset Ability to explain insurance in clear, relatable terms Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life & Health license. (willingness to obtain) Willing to complete training in ethical, customer-first sales practicesWhat We Offer:
