Work Schedule Full-time position Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Paid lunch break Responsibilities Customer Service Greet and assist walk-in customers Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages Provide price quotes and assist customers with placing orders Process payments and prepare customer pickups Online Customer Support Respond to customer messages on Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, and email Assist customers with order questions and resolve issues Help provide a positive customer experience across all platforms General Office Support Receive deliveries and organize incoming inventory Keep the front office clean and organized Assist with other office and shop tasks as needed Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous customer service experience preferred Physical Requirements This position involves sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
