Our programs are built on strong coaching, positive environments, and a focus on long-term success for both athletes and staff. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Support to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist with customer support at our front desk by answering parent inquiries, entering information into the booking software, processing payments, and being a warm and welcoming resource for our families. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will drive successful service that leaves lasting impressions. Duties Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails Be present and attentive to in person inquiries Register students for classes and camps Process transactions Work with the facility manager and customer service lead on specific projects as needed. Opening and closing the facility may also be required.

Minimum Experience Requirements:
Ability to meet the positions scheduled hours of Monday-Thursday from 2-7 pm Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members effectively Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional time management skills Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
Desired Requirements:
