Part-Time Position We are a small family-owned business looking for someone friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented who enjoys helping regular customers. This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in delivering excellent service while handling garments with care and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a polite and professional manner Receive, tag, and process customer garments accurately Answer questions about services, pricing, and turnaround times Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special care instructions Resolve customer concerns in a courteous and timely manner Maintain a clean, organized front counter and work area Coordinate with plant staff to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred (retail or dry cleaning experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic math and cash-handling skills Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs if needed
