Atlantic RV is an aftermarket RV repair facility that is accepting applications to join our team. Service writers are an integral part of our team. They are enthusiastic individuals who enjoy interacting with others in person and over the phone . The ability to be a good listener with the desire to help others find solutions to a problem is their most important skill. Previous RV experience is not required but previous customer service experience is preferred. Greet customers, and answer incoming customer calls Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every interaction, written and verbal. Write up customer's requests accurately and clearly on repair order Navigate scheduling system and point of sale system in order to coordinate services, parts, and technicians. Obtain customer and vehicle data Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction Gain product knowledge and job training through industry training programs, assisting management and other service advisors as needed Maintain high customer satisfaction standards Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma/GED required Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills Must be available to work occasional holidays and weekends
