Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, timely, and professional service to customers in person, by phone, and via emailAnswer questions, resolve concerns, and escalate issues as neededProcess payments, issue receipts, and handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accuratelyBalance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactionsMaintain customer accounts and update records in internal systemsSupport billing, invoicing, and payment tracking processesAssist with data entry, reporting, and general administrative dutiesWork closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experienceFollow company policies for cash handling, recordkeeping, and confidentialitySimilar remote jobs
