Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and career-minded candidate to join our team. If you have superior leadership skills, operational excellence and can increase sales and profitability while managing a dynamic store, this could be the position for you. It's a plus if you have worked in a The UPS Store or Fedex Office before

Goals:

Build a loyal customer base by creating long-term relationships. Achieve or exceed sales and profit targets. Achieve personal sales and profitability goals. Recruit, hire and retain top tier talent. Must have worked with money/opening & closing a store. Must have the knowledge to grow a store. Other duties as needed.

Minimum Experience, Education, Skill & Physical Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must have experience in a leadership role Must possess a valid driver's license. Must have strong analytical skills and decision-making ability. Must be able to work independently and multi-task, prioritizing as appropriate. Must have effective oral and written communication skills.

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
