Active Property and Casualty license is required. We seek an licensed energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role: 1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license. 2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Glen Allen, VA. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options Create sales opportunities when appropriate based on customer needs Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day As an Agent Team Member, you will receive... Starting base pay $20 per hour Commissions and Bonuses if licensing requirements met Paid Time Off (two weeks personal/sick days, additional negotiable) Valuable experience Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office Requirements Must be able to work in-office weekday afternoons for a minimum of 20 hours per week Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain prior to start date) Life and Health license a plus!
