SUMMARY Toyota of Hampton is hiring for a experienced service advisor. RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with clients in a one on one relationship Use of DMS systems to create repair orders/verify client information, Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating clients frequently Verify that the final invoices are correct and complete Explain all completed work and charges to clients
REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional Customer Satisfaction is a plus! Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must Above average energy level A desire for a long term career with a growing organization Personal and professional integrity About the Dealership Mills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
