We're looking for customer-focused individuals to handle inbound and outbound calls, while coordinating travel opportunities to Massanutten Resort, Virginia's Best Mountain Escape. You'll provide accurate information, document interactions, and help create positive experiences for every caller.
What You'll Bring:
  • Clear, confident communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills; call center experience a plus (training provided).
