In person Customer Service Representative 1699 Veronesi Drive, Harrisonburg, VA 22802 $25 an hour - Full-time $25 an hour - Full-time The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate order processing while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing sales orders, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting administrative functions. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in ERP or order management systems to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer needs. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Order Management Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, providing information on products, orders, and deliveries. Accurately enter and process sales orders in the company ERP. Review and confirm orders for accuracy, pricing, and product availability. Communicate order status updates to customers and internal teams. Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests from customers. Order Entry & Documentation Input customer orders into ERP or order management systems. Maintain accurate records of orders and transactions. Prepare and generate order confirmations and shipment documentation. Filing & Record Keeping File and organize all order-related documents, including: Sales Orders Delivery Receipts BOLs and shipping documents Maintain both digital and physical records for easy retrieval and compliance. Administrative Support Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the management team and office. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in customer service, order entry, or logistics coordination. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Type:
