Plan, monitor, adjust and prioritize the schedule for system operations of work requests and Polaris to facilitate completion of the work promptly and cost effectively.
Administer post system operations invoicing.
Perform payroll time entry for system operations staff which includes analyzing crew timesheets to ensure conformity with collective bargaining agreement provisions.
Compile third-party billing information to coordinate with Risk Management.
A minimum of two years of previous experience is required.
OVERVIEW
Perform analytical, financial and reporting functions associated within the system operations environment. This role covers the full lifecycle of operations work requests through Polaris. In the initiation of work requests in an Oracle-based work management information system (WMIS) through as-built reconciliation and labor.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other related duties may be assigned. An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and effectively. Secure required information from customers/electricians to initiate work requests for existing underground/overhead electric installations, relocations, conversions, retirements and street lights.Plan, monitor, adjust and prioritize the schedule for system operations of work requests and Polaris to facilitate completion of the work promptly and cost effectively.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED is required. An Associates degree in Business or Finance is preferred.A minimum of two years of previous experience is required.
