Job Description

Midlothian Family Practice is currently seeking to fill an open position in our Midlothian Village location for a Call Center representative to join our team. We have 4 offices and handle calls for 30 providers which includes a fast paced, high call volume setting with no in-person patient contact.

Primary Responsibilities include:

Handling phone calls for patients looking to reach their provider/nurse Scheduling appointments Taking messages Skills required: Highly organized and ability to handle face pace work environment with high call volume Must be proficient using computers Basic medical terminology Spelling skills 2 years of medical office experience eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience a plus Caring personality for the patients we serve CNA or MA experience- a plus Benefits include: Competitive salary, 401K, Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, Vacation/Sick leave
