From the first hello to a completed enrollment, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face that delivers real customer service and makes the whole process simple and stress-free, all while building the foundation for leadership down the road. What You'll Be Doing Every Day as a Customer Service Representative Meeting customer in-person and building genuine rapport from the very first conversation Walking clients through available AT&T wireless service options in a way that's clear, honest, and pressure-free Helping clients select the right plan, devices, and protection options based on their actual household needs and a genuine customer service mindset Managing enrollment documentation accurately and thoroughly from start to finish Coordinating with activation teams and showing leadership by following each client through to a smooth, on-time connection Following up to ensure every enrollment reflects the standard of customer service Legacy Marketing is known for Collaborating with the Customer Service Representative team to reach your daily and weekly sales goals What We're Looking for in an Customer Support Associate Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is not required; comprehensive paid training is provided from day one to build all necessary skills.
