Service Advisor

Colonial Harley-Davidson is looking for a

HIGLHY MOTIVATED

individual with passion to help customers whether it be building their dream bike or maintaining the one they have. Will be expected to provide the follow up needed to keep them informed on their service progress. Candidates will become a part of a team which is building high expectations of the Harley-Davidson experience. Pay is based on hourly rate PLUS commission. No cap on commissions earned.

Harley-Davidson Service Writer Responsibilities:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking, organization is key.

POSITIVE

interaction with customers both in-store and on the phone including proactive follow up. Have or quickly obtain knowledge of Harley-Davidson models. Be able to effectively manage and organize open repair orders and have good communication with the technicians. Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively. Being proactive with issues when they arise and being able to go a step above when making sure the customer is happy and taken care of!

Harley-Davidson Service Writer Qualifications & Job Requirements:

Positive attitude and drive to better customer experience and help grow our service clientele. Previous Service Writer / Adviser experience is a plus but not required. Motorcycle background preferred but not required. Auto industry will be considered. Motorcycle endorsement is preferred. Saturday's are required. Possess sound judgment and decision-making ability. Must pass drug test and a background check.
