Job Requirements Reston, VA Top Secret/SCI CI Polygraph Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description The Red Gate Group is seeking an experienced Customer Advocate to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Chief Information Officer In this role you will serve as the customer-facing DIA representative to external customers and leads IT requirements collection, coordination, oversight of service fulfillment, and migration activities to ensure consistent, reliable IT services while partnering with customers to achieve their mission objectives.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main Point of Contact (POC) for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Technical Point of Contact (TPOC), and Government management while interacting with external customers Engage, educate, and advise customers to help define, refine, and document their IT requirements Coordinate internally across CIO from requirement origination to final fulfillment Provide situational awareness to external customer requirements while identifying internal CIO process improvements Perform in-depth requirements analysis and propose potential solutions Collaborate across CIO to define, implement, and/or refine methodologies for determination of requirements Work with partners and customers to understand new service offerings and translate them into internal requirements that can be implemented by design/engineering teams Build and maintain online requirement repositories, and collaborate with development, engineering and testing teams to create traceability from requirements origination to testing to implementation while documenting and leveraging lessons learnedQualifications:
- Active TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)
- 12 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.
