Full-time Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Lift Operator & Customer Service Associate to assist customers and safely operate lifting equipment. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other lift equipment Load, unload, move, and stage product accurately and efficiently Verify product counts, condition, and documentation during loading and unloading Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all safety guidelines, equipment procedures, and warehouse SOPs Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding issues or delays Perform other warehouse duties as needed to support operations Qualifications Ability to lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly and work in a physically demanding environment Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work weekends is required Preferred (but not required) Prior warehouse or distribution center experience Experience operating forklifts or other lift equipment (certification a plus) Customer service experience in a warehouse or logistics environment What We Offer Competitive pay Training on equipment and safety procedures Team-oriented warehouse environment Opportunities for growth within operations Mandatory background check is required.
