Job Description

D&V Auto Body is looking for an experienced collision repair professional to join the front-office team at our Masters location in Sterling, Virginia.

For nearly 40 years, D&V Auto Body has built its reputation on quality repairs, exceptional customer care, and a commitment to manufacturer-correct repair procedures. Our Masters facility specializes in luxury, high-end and exotic vehicles and is certified by numerous leading automotive manufacturers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator or collision CSR who understands the repair process, communicates well with customers, and takes pride in providing a professional experience from initial damage assessment through vehicle delivery.
Responsibilities include:
  • Inspecting vehicles and accurately identifying collision-related damage
  • Preparing and reviewing repair estimates
  • Guiding customers through the repair and insurance-claim process
  • Clearly explaining repair procedures, expectations and timelines
  • Maintaining consistent communication with customers throughout the repair
  • Working closely with our production, parts and technical teams
  • Monitoring repair progress and helping resolve issues that could affect the customer experience
  • Assisting with final repair review and vehicle deliveryWhat we're looking for:
  • Prior collision repair estimating or customer service experience
  • Strong understanding of body, structural and mechanical damage
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Professional, organized and dependable
  • Ability to manage multiple repairs and customer relationships simultaneously
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
