Customer Service & Sales Associate Schedule:
One spot is Wednesday - Sunday, and the second spot is Monday-Saturday with an afternoon off during the week.Location:
Norfolk, VA Are you energetic, self-motivated, and ready to grow with a thriving local business? Norfolk Florist is looking for a passionate individual to join our team. We specialize in high-volume everyday floral design, custom silk arrangements, and gift baskets for all occasions. As our business continues to expand, we're seeking someone who's excited to grow with us. What You'll Bring Background in Sales or Customer Service Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable work history (we value consistency) Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills Experience with RTI order entry system (a big plus) What You'll Do Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to meet activity and revenue goals Provide quotes, proposals, and product recommendations tailored to customer needs Maintain and update sales leads, follow-ups, and lead tracking Keep up-to-date knowledge of our floral products and services Support in-store operations, including display setup and plant care Collaborate with the Sales Lead and Store Manager on daily tasks Represent Norfolk Florist to businesses, churches, and community organizations Identify and develop new sales opportunities Perform other duties as assigned Why Norfolk Florist We're more than just flowers—we're a team that values creativity, customer care, and growth.
