Box Office Associate

Box Office Associate - Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused team member to join our Box Office staff at the Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and take reservations accurately Assist with group sales process and customer follow-up Use our online ticketing system and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Provide excellent in-person and phone customer service Maintain organized records and attention to detail in all transactions

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills — this is the most important part of the job Punctual, professional, and reliable Comfortable with computers and multitasking Entertainment or theatre experience is a plus Business casual dress required

Schedule & Pay:

Part-time and full-time availability considered. Starting pay to be negotiated based on experience.
