The Cashier/Store Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers by efficiently handling transactions and addressing customer inquiries. This position is responsible for accurately processing sales, returns, and exchanges while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. The role requires attentiveness to detail to manage cash, credit, and other payment methods securely and accurately. Additionally, the CSR supports store operations by assisting with inventory management, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Ultimately, this role contributes to customer satisfaction and store success by delivering exceptional service and fostering a welcoming environment.Minimum Qualifications:
