Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Clerk | Part-Time | Weekday Mornings

We have an immediate opening for our Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Clerk position! Part-Time - Monday through
Friday Hours:
6:00 AM - 11:00
AM Pay:
$21.65 per hour BSP Trans Inc has been providing the Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont areas with outstanding LTL transportation services since 1970. At BSP, our team consists of a six-terminal network across our coverage area to ensure swift deliveries for customers. What you will do on a typical day: Handle customer inquiries Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Answering incoming calls from customers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries of freight to both commercial and residential customers Data entry of customers' information for scheduling and tracking of freight within the BSP system Light cleaning and office upkeep What you need at a minimum to succeed at
BSP:
Must have a successful completion of a county level background check during onboarding Previous experience in customer service, sales, data entry, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to work in a face paced environment Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong verbal and written communications skills The ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Must be competent and proficient in Microsoft Office Software products Previous experience in transportation or related field Proudly family-owned and operated since 1882.
