264629272 Job Description West Sound Workforce is assisting a nonprofit, community-based transportation provider in sourcing part-time Customer Service Representatives for their Bremerton call center. This organization is a respected leader in accessible transportation, coordinating vital services for nine counties across Western Washington. Their work ensures that elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and others in need have access to safe, timely non-emergency medical transportation. Reporting to the supervising team, this position is responsible for fielding inbound calls to schedule, adjust, or cancel transportation services for eligible Medicaid recipients. Shift information:

Part-time, Monday-Friday 4-hour shifts scheduled between 8 AM - 5 PM What you will do as a

Customer Service Representative:
