Job Description Summary:
The Night Attendant role is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of the property during overnight hours. This includes conducting routine patrols of guest areas and facilities, monitoring security systems, responding to guest concerns, and addressing disturbances or safety issues. The role also serves as the primary overnight contact for guests, assisting with check-ins, lockouts, and basic requests while maintaining a calm and professional presence. Accurate reporting of incidents, guest interactions, and property issues is required, along with the ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine property patrols within building and parking garage Ensure all access points are properly secured Monitor security cameras Serve as the overnight point of contact for guest needs and concerns Assist with late night check-ins, guest lockouts, basic service requests Answer after-hours calls and dispatch accordingly Assist with parking lot access Keep an updated property log with nightly activity records Perform basic hotel tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Prior hotel or mixed-use experience Comfortable handling incidents independently Can manage guests, security and basic operations Capable of decision-making without oversight
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Capable of responding quickly to emergencies across large footprint Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. if needed
