Job Description
Mobile Service Advisor Haselwood Auto Group is the largest auto group in the Kitsap Peninsula, and we are excited to expand our service offerings through GM's MobileService+ program. This innovative door-to-door service brings dealership-quality maintenance and repair services directly to customers at their home, workplace, or other convenient locations. Supported by GM and delivered by trained dealership professionals, MobileService+ provides the convenience customers demand while maintaining the expert service they expect from our dealerships. The Mobile Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers utilizing our MobileService+ program. This position is responsible for coordinating service appointments, consulting with customers regarding maintenance and repair needs, preparing accurate estimates, obtaining approvals, and ensuring clear communication throughout the service process. The Mobile Service Advisor works closely with mobile technicians, parts departments, and service teams to ensure a seamless and convenient experience for every customer. Responsibilities include maintaining service schedules, documenting repair orders, providing service updates, and reviewing completed work and charges with customers. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of automotive service advising, automotive sales, or related customer service experience preferred. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills. Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance goals. Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record for at least three (3) years. Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships effectively.
