If so, this job will be perfect for you! Edgewood's Best Summer Camp & After School is expanding and we are now accepting resumes for our part-time admin position! This job will be filled very quickly, so read below to see if you are going to be a great fit! :) This position includes:
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Making outbound phone calls
  • Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
  • Interact with current members, answer program questions and info about upcoming events
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations
  • Responding to emails
  • Responding to social media messages
  • Creating and updating member accounts
  • Modifying documents on Word and Excel or Google Drive
  • Attending weekly staff trainings
  • Basic daily cleaning and lifting as needed
  • Additional commission pay after 90 day probation
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Must be drug and tobacco free
  • Must have personal transportation
  • Must have a smart phone or laptop computer
  • Occasional weekend hours at outside events (required)
  • Must have a positive attitude and be outgoing and friendly
  • Must enjoy speaking to customers on the phone and in person
  • Must be coachable and willing to learn new skills
