We're seeking an enthusiastic Customer Home Improvement Representative to represent LeafGuard, America's trusted leader in gutter protection. In this role, you'll interact with homeowners in retail environments and community events, educating them about the benefits of LeafGuard's innovative gutter system. Rather than focusing on high-pressure sales, you'll serve as the face of the brand by creating positive conversations, answering general questions, and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations with our specialists. If you're outgoing, personable, and enjoy working with the public, you'll find plenty of opportunities to succeed and grow with our team. Customer Home Improvement Representative Responsibilities Represent LeafGuard professionally at community locations Educate customers about LeafGuard products and services Schedule complimentary in-home consultations for interested homeowners Maintain product displays and promotional materials Assist with event setup and brand representation Provide excellent customer service during every interaction Accurately document customer information when needed Customer Home Improvement Representative Qualifications Excellent communication and people skills Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality Comfortable initiating conversations with the public Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Retail, customer service, or home improvement experience is a plus but not required
